I bought the CD and hardly listen to it ( tho I have lent it to a number of friends who love Python& so love the cd) On the whole I find the DRS score much more melodic even if a bit referential.

"well since you haven't seen the show, I'll put your "review" where it belongs......in the toilet."
That was completely uncalled for, rude, and disrespectful. It wasn't a review, it was an opinion. You'll notice I said it SEEMED forced, etc. And that *I* have no desire to see it. This personalization was intentional as I know I can't possibly be fair to the show in an actual review, since I have not seen it and do not intend to see it.
It is my OPINION and should be respected as such, but not taken as a condemnation of anyone who DOES enjoy the show/music, as it was not intended that way.

Posted: 8/14/05 at 10:44pmYou don't have to see a perfomer live to judge his/her music, but it is different with theater. The sets, staging, expressions, story (however thin) etc. all add another dimension to it. I saw AltarBoyz and absolutely loved it. Don't know that I would have seen it if I heard the recording first.
