I just watched the marriage proposal video at Anything Goes, and I was wondering, who does one contact to make those requests (whether it be a marriage proposal or a birthday surprise, for example)?

I've seen another proposal at Wedding Singer a few years back. Not that I am planning on proposing to anyone, just curious on the procedure and if there is usually a cost associated with it. Thanks!

There was one at Spring Awakening as well. I believe you just call the box office and arrange it.

If you call the box office, I'm sure they can put you in touch with the right people, but it's definitely a publicist thing.

For The Wedding Singer, they were actively soliciting proposals. There was one when I saw the show (which was very sweet). I think someone said there ended up being 8 or 9 proposals during the Broadway run.

I would doubt that the production would charge the couple directly, but you never know.
