Thanks for sharing. S&D is one of the most enjoyable plays I've ever seen, and instantly became one of my favorites.

I wonder when they're gonna air it on the radio, and if they broadcast online. I'd like to have an idea of what Andrea Bowen's Diwata and Bobby Steggert's Solomon sound like.

Was Diwata 1/8 Filipino in the LA Theatre Works production? The reason I ask is because Sarah Steele can pull off 1/8 Filipino, I don't think Andrea Bowen can.

As long as Ms Bowen sounds appropriate, then she's right for this production. Yes there's an audience there, but they're there to watch a recording for radio. I;m glad to hear it was good and that Steggert is slated for the Side Show revival, whenever that happens (as - I'm guessing here - Buddy?).

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I loved the production here in New York and am of course missing this one by just a week or two. Glad they did a great job and that you enjoyed it!

Re: Bobby Steggert/Side Show. Is he the one responsible for "developing" it, as in being a part of the creative team, or is he just committed to being in it?
