My issue is they really overemphasized the idea that anti-Semitism led to Frank's conviction. They also overemphasized the character attacks versus the actual testimony that indicated he had no witnesses to support his alibi that he was working in his office during the murder.
Mary Phagan Kean, Mary Phagan's great niece, still believes that Frank is guilty. The state of Georgia only pardoned him because they had failed to protect him, not because they actually thought he was innocent. Of course, most people (myself included) think he's innocent.
