Im doing a school project for my set design class and i was wondering if anyone knew any good websites or interesting facts about Spring Awakening that i can include in the project?
Fact: Spring Awakening is the best thing since sliced bread.
Sorry, I know thats not very helpful lol. Good luck!
Spring Awakening for set design? Two chairs... haha
Anyway, are you referring to the play or the musical? and do you need to write about the author? I'm asking because I wrote quite a large paper on Frank Wedekind and there was a section I did on what influenced the creation of Spring Awakening (as well as Pandora's box/Lulu) a few years ago in high school that I may have still and I will be more than happy to help you out. PM me if you want :)
Does it include lighting design? SA has some beautiful lighting.

The project consists of the history of the show, along with the costumes, lighting, sets, makeup, and props. I would really appreciate any information that you have.

does anyone happen to have some pictures of the sets?
My friend has some "bootleg" pictures of the set.
google "spring awakening set" and you'll see some pictures of the stage. To make the "sets" for each scene they just use chairs, a table every once in a while, and the fantastic lighting

Does anyone have a picture of the stage?
