Spring Awakening Vacations?

I'm going to buy tickets to see Spring Awakening for the end of Augest
Probally for somewhere between the 22nd- 25th

Do Lea Michelle, John Gallager Jr. & Johnathan Groff have any planned vacations during that time?

I Really wanna see the show with the 3 of them I've heard they are amazing

Lea has one for September. It was supposed to actually be starting today. Apparently she changed it for her own personal reasons I am not going to get into. Mind you, this is her second vacation...

Groff is taking ONE day off in July. No exact date yet.

Or maybe she's a poster on TGO? We get word there straight from the cast.

Groff has said before that he'll be taking a day off either in late July, or early August. Gallagher's been pretty exhausted, but is holding up (and still performing phenomenally might I add). Lea is...well, Lea is unexpected. For example, she re-scheduled her "vacation" to September and yet, guess what, she was out today and will be out again tonight.

Well maybe she doesn't feel well or is having some outside issues. Not everyone can muddle through if they aren't feeling 100%.




Wow, I've gone soft. That is the last time I'm ever going to defend a member of the Spring Awakening cast.

EDIT: LittleFish, I know the actual reasons for both her vacations. They are both pity reasons.

If I buy tickets for a date and one of them ends up not being there can I get free tickets to go back. That Happened to me at RENT. Does Spring Awakening do that?

Wendla is hardly a strenuous vocal role. To have to be on vocal rest she should be in pretty bad shape - theoretically.

Hmm.....

I'm surprised she's not trying to get in as Eponine in Les Miz - a role originally hers.
