Spring Awakening rush help

Three questions - it'd be great if someone could help me out:

1. For the $27 student rush tickets, does the box office set aside a certain number of tickets per performance, or does it vary from day to day?

2. Where are the seats normally located?

3. What time would I have to get there (weekday or weekend) to have a good chance of getting seats?

I personally don't love SA's rush. It's kinda crazy since people get there really early for what are pretty much always partial view tickets.

saw it last month and got a second row rush ticket about an hour before showtime. i think the days of people lining up at 5 am may be over
