It gives a good opportunity to talented people who don't have the money to fly to nyc or chicago for cattle calls, but still.

I think that they are taking the fun out of auditions, and letting anyone with a webcam audition for spring awakening...

I mean seriously, Little mermaid was a contest, but now you're submitting youtube videos as auditions?!
wtf.
