"Spring Awakening" Audition help

I'm going to be auditioning for a local production of "Spring Awakening" and I need some help with a song(s)...mainly because I don't have ANY pop style songs in my repitoire.

I'm a male and would probably be looking at the characters of Ernst, Otto, Georg and maybe Moritz.

So I need to know some good Pop-Style songs to audition with. They can be either up-beat or ballad.

If you want something MT, then "I'm Alive" from next to normal.

I'd say stay away from contemporary MT music. You're best off choosing a folk/pop rock song that you can connect to. Something that demonstrates that you can sing in the style of the show and also has a raw emotional element to it.

Choose a song that you like listening/rocking out to. Maybe look at some of Duncan Sheik's other music? Ben Folds, Colin Hay, something like that.
