Jennifer Garner would be an extraordinary Cassie in A CHORUS LINE by the way. No I'm not kidding. It will be a sin if Broadway never gets to see her sing and dance.

I 'll get to see her at the end of next month (her parents always have an annual cookout). I'm going to see if she has been in talks with any producers of current or upcoming shows. I need a good case cause I REALLY WANT HER TO GET ON THE BALL! Any suggestions that you think i should propose to her?? Not having seen Wicked, i wouldnt really know, but i would imagine she would make a great Elphaba, I have heard the cast recording, and i've seen what Menzel did on the TONYs, and let me tell you, she could definitely pull that off...I'd also love to see her take over ULLA in The Producers!

Jennifer Garner is really too big of a star to take over a role like Elphaba or Ulla in THE PRODUCERS. I'm sure if she were to come to Broadway it would be in a production tailored for her, a la Christina Applegate in CHARITY.

its funny though, because seriously, the way that i know jenn, she would love to take over for "touch me feel me" in the producers (saying she'd love just about any part). But i figure you're probably right. Altough i can't even imagine the $$$ she'd bring in if she were to replace a role currently running. But she's so down to earth. She doesnt even see herself as a STAR. If it were up to her, she'd play anything! But I'm sure her "people" (whom i have met and are definitely the opposite personality of jenn) wouldnt agree with her...
