The show was fantasic, as I did with my Chitty review, I'm going to go by performer.
Lily Rabe: She was hysterical. Her transition was great! The audience really loved her.
Delta Burk(spl): She is definately the glue of the entire piece. She did a really nice job!
Ginifer King: She is Rebecaa's standby. Rebecca has been out for over a week, anyone know if she went to the last performance tonight? Ginifer did a great job! She was so sweet at the stage door and invited my friend and I to Broadway Barks with the cast, we went for a little while but it was so hott and crowded. We laster saw her in front of the DRS lobby and she was saying to someone, "I really didn't think I was funny tonight ...." Really great girl!
Frances Sternhagen: She had the best one liners ever! The play is so well written! Great performance.
Marsha Mason: She was a riot! She was also very nice at the stage door, and she gave a truly memorable performance.
Christine Ebersole: She did a wonderful job as M'Lynn. Her breakdown was so touching and she was funny at the right times as well. When we met her at the stage door, she signed but we wanted to talk to her but she didn't look at us and had a nasty look on her face and her and Marsha went to Broadway Barks.
I loved the show, it should haver lasted longer!

I saw the final performance tonight and it was WONDERFUL. Rebecca was back in the show tonight and she was beautiful. All the performances were hilarious and heart wrenching.
I really loved Lily Rabe. She was brilliant as Annelle.
Christine Ebersole had the ENTIRE mezz in tears with her final speech in the show.. I cried and cried.
The set was gorgeous and I was so amazed at how they kept moving on stage and always had something to do. I also was in awe of the way Delta did Rebeccas hair for her wedding. Did they go to hair school to prepare for the show?? I also loved how they actually washed their hair on stage.
Great show and it should have lasted longer.
