hey i'm 14 and in high school but i'm homeschooled and dont have a school ID card. I am hopefully going to rush 13 the musical in Oct. Do they accept any other notification that you are a student for rushing?

No you must have a valid student ID card

This might be a long shot, but you could possibly explain to them that you are homeschooled, and get a non-license photo ID from the DMV...and maybe a birth certificate would help too?

One time I didn't have my ID, but I had my license and some school records, and they just sold me a student ticket. It really depends on who you get at the box office. It wouldn't hurt to try. Good luck!

Is it REALLY worth it?

Stand in line at the dmv, gather some school records, dig up the birth certificate.

Forget it!

And quite honestly, unless you are an incredibly mature looking 14 year old, I don't think they would question you if you explained that you are home schooled.

Yeah, I look even younger than I am, so I'm very rarely asked for an ID. In fact, I think the only time I've ever been asked to show IDs is when I win a ticket lotto and need proof of my name.
