Student Rush During Summer

i have never been to NYC during the summer, only in january, and i was wondering if student rush has very good seats or is very available during the summer time. i am planning on going in august so, i thought i'd ask the experts. :) thank you.

Better in June because public school is still in session.

Well, yeah, it's more popular because schools are out, but the policies themselves don't generally change for the summer.
