"Summer: The Donna Summer Music" national tour has officially closed

The same day "FROZEN" announced it's closure on Broadway, "Summer: The Donna Summer Musical" officially announced it's closing, according to three of if it's stars on Instagram: Dan'yelle Williamson,  Olivia Hardy, and  Kayla Pecchioni . All three stated they got the news on Thursday it's officially closed. 

Now for some reason, the musical's website still says that show is only 'canceled' until September, 2020 due to the COVID 19 virus. There's no mention it has officially closed, as the three stars have announced. Maybe it will come back in 2021 with a new cast ?
