Sunday - Need Help!

Hi everyone,

I just found out I'm going into the city this Sunday and am hoping to see a show via TKTS booth. However, the one wrench in the plan is that the bus I need to take back is leaving at 5 pm sharp and must make it. So, knowing your vast knowledge, is there a website that could give me either the times the shows are (do any do a Sunday matinee at 2?) or one that lists the running times of shows! Any help is appreciated! Thanks again!!

if you are seeing at 2 PM show and your bus is leaving out of the port authority bus terminal on 8th, you're fine as long as you can walk at a decent pace. (and you're not at Studio 54) Contractually shows are less than 3 hours. Playbill.com lists the running times.

The only problem is most shows start at 3 PM on Sunday. The shows with a Sunday evening show start sooner. I can only think of Priscilla and Book of Mormon, and the later is sold out.

Billy Elliot, Bonnie and Clyde, The Lion King (1pm), Mamma Mia, Mary Poppins (1pm), along with some plays also start at 2pm

Give me claws and a hunch, just away from this bunch.

I think Anything Goes does as well. 90 minute shows that start at 3 might be doable too.

Thank you so much for the help! One final question: Does Book of Mormon still do the lottery and if so, how hard would you think it'd be to get a ticket for the 2pm matinee. If it's too tough, I think I'll just pass and try my luck at Venus in Fur or The Mountaintop! Thanks again!!

Contractually shows are less than 3 hours.

What does this mean? There have been plenty of shows that have run more than three hours. Am I missing something?
