Sunset Boulevard with Betty Buckley

I was just going through the countess CD cases we have at my house, and came across Sunset Boulevard with Betty Buckley. It isn't a complete recording, it just has "Surrender", "With One Look", New Ways To Dream", and "As If We Never Said Goodbye". So, I got all excited and opened the case, and, NO CD! Does anyone know if it was just a promotional thing, or if it is still obtainable? It'd be a cute gift for my mom who adores Betty Buckley.

I believe it was only sold at the theatre while she was in the run. I've not known it to be available commercially.

it was a sampler when she was in the show -- I believe it is out of print...nothing came up on amazon or google
