Swap Springsteen tix for 12/5?

I have two tickets for Springsteen on Broadway for the evening of Wednesday, December 5th. Just found out I now have a work conflict on that date. Looking for a straight up swap for two equivalent tickets, for pretty much any date. Tried talking to Ticketmaster about exchanging, but the best they could suggest was that I try to buy a couple of tickets at a premium on their ticketsnow.com site, and then try to sell mine. I really don't want to 1) reward the scalpers 2) turn into a scalper myself. Would be super grateful if some nice fellow Springsteen fan could help us out of this jam!
