Not a bad choice but I still think the Belasco would've been better artistically and financially.

Well, the Belasco has 1018 seats, while the O'Neill has 90 more seats (1108 ), is in MUCH better shape physically and is in a better location (right in the middle of the Broadway district, rather than over by 6th Avenue).
