One thing to add by the way, the curtain is gone for the tour
The tour ends in a week & a half, I will be there at the final show.

You lucky dog :)
Enjoy yourself TimeSquare3
Hopefully I will. My dad is coming with me, it's his first theatre experience. I wonder if the not so literal translation will confuse him.

I forgot to mention that. Yes, if you don't know the show well, it will be confusing for you. I suggest that you convince your dad to watch the movie before-hand.

I saw this production in Savannah, GA, in February. Didn't love it as much as the Kaye/Hess tour, but it was still very good. Hilights for me were Carrie Cimma (Lovett) and Wendy Muir (Johanna). Both times I saw the show, they had the curtain, and I can't imagine why they wouldn't be using it anymore...

Sometimes you just have to cut things at different venues depending on their set up, and this happens even more often with non-Equity tours than it does Equity tours, since many of them play one nighters in smaller venues.
I saw the final performance tonight. It was amazing. Ruthie Miles made an announcement at the beggining about the final performance. The directors, & understudies came out & bowed. Carrie Cimma was completly into it tonight & really SCREAMED after Sweeney found what she did.
I got an email today telling me that AVENUE Q will be coming next season.
