WOW. You're right, that seems to be one of the greatest instances of combined talent on stage at one time.

The most recent CHARITY I saw was Valerie Wright. She was INCREDIBLE! Although Verdon was a GODDESS as Charity, Valerie's performance was just as good, although different. Kudos to Christina Applegate for taking on such a great role! i am sure she will bring her own take on Charity!

Actually, Carol Channing couldn't make it to the Sweet Charity concert, so Whoopi Goldberg played the Good Fairy. And Robert Goulet played Vittorio, Orbach didn't turn up either, sadly.
