"Beneath the ocean" = Under The Sea is definitely correct, Cait.
In fact, there was a spoof of that in the "Tiny Toon Adventures" movie "How I Spent My Vacation". Babs Bunny falls and lands at the bottom of the ocean, and they get Mermaid-style creatures playing coral as instruments and singing:
"Beneath the ocean
Beneath the ocean
We make big commotion beneath the ocean!!"
And then Babs goes "Oops...wrong cartoon."
