Yeah I thought that too - how can you pre-order it without knowing how much. Probably wait and see if it makes it onto overstock.com or something.
The other thing is, doesn't it seem kind of strange to record it before the opening. What if they decide on more re-writes or changes to the score? Or does Disney think it's locked and ready...

At the theater, it's $25.
And the songs are pretty much locked, I think.

if you download the pdf on the disney site, the cost listed is $25.00. I'm sure if you wait, Amazon, Best Buy, etc. will have it at half that price. The songs were fun and the cast has a lot of talent, I'm expected a good decent recording.

Posted: 5/1/06 at 4:55pmWell, I think it is like with Lestat, Phil Collins wrote his songs and then he sort of called it a day. It seems like he wrote his songs and then expected the director to make them fit.
