I hope this has not been discussed before, but with the show beginning previews in the next couple days, I was wondering if THE APPLE TREE will have rush tickets or lottery. I checked the Talkin' Broadway website which lists the shows with rush/lotto policies and it doesn't say anything, and I haven't heard anything about it.
Sooo, if anyone could answer my question, it would be greatly appreciated!

They sell their cheapest price in the rear mezz for $25 as general rush on the day of the show, if available. They sell student rush for half price which you can buy any time if you are under 18, but only 30 minutes prior to the show if your 18 or older.

where is the student rush located? in the rear mezz, also?
thanks
I'm going to try the rush in December and I'll have turned 18 the day before, so I used my student ID for the rush 30 minutes before the show? How does that work?
They just sell you whatever price level you want and give you the best seat from that section for half price. If your going to be 18 the day before than, if you can, get the tickets before-you do have to prove your age though. Other wise you have to ask half hour before the show depending on what time in December, there's a good chance it could be sold out. Just so you know you can also sign up to be an usher for a perfromance and see the show for free but it's booked through february.
