Are you able to claim it on tax at least?
Still that is so darn darn cool! You know we need photos when you get them!
The photos will be on my site when I get them. I posed with Rick and Jen. I wanted to win the Rod, the Trekkie and the Kate. I lost all three.
It is for a good cause. I think $2000 of the $2500 is tax deductible. I love Broadwaycares so it was worth it.
The pictures will be here: https://www.corinescorner.com.
Hopefully, I will get them tomorrow.

Those are really cute. I hope you get that job. Its a good cause, though. Sorry you lost the other three. How much did they go for?
The others were other years. I wanted the D'ABRUZZO BEAR.
Then I lost the Rod and the Trekkie. Those went for a lot more.
I am happy.
POOR BUT HAPPY!
Those bears are really cute! Congratulations!
Thanks for introducing yourself this evening, Corinne. Nice to meet you (though briefly as the lights went down) and A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to your two new cuddly buddies! Now put those bad-boys on your taxes NOW before April 17... (edit: er... don't lose the receipt for next year!)

You can't deduct something donated in 2008 in your 2007 taxes :)
Wonderful cause, awesome prize.
Go you!
I'm glad the event was another success this year!
Awww, those are adorable. Congratulations, on being the winning bidder!

Corine, you know how many levels of jealousy I have at the moment!
Saying that they are going to a great home! Congratulations!
Ooohhhh...LUCKY! I want them!
I would have taken any one of the auctioned bears and those two are certainly cutties! Congrats Corine and a giant thanks for helping out a great cause.
Congrats, I envy you a lot! I'm still plotting how to get a pair of my own, so that makes me jealous
It's nice to see what their lower halves look like as well.
Congratulations, I saw those this morning in the article on the auction, they are adorable.
So, I take it you got a job then?
Nope. I believe in Broadway Cares. I will get one.
You've blocked your PM's.
Should I disscuss this here with you?
Or are you going to prove everyone right?
I'm SO pissed that you begged for a job and still don't have one, and manage to spend all of this money on these bears.
I've heard the stories about you, but chose not belive them.
I guess I was wrong.
Corine, you make me ill.

congratulations i wish i was there to see you win them was down th street at a cabaret cares show. Becareful once u win one u want more. I know I own six. LOL.
joseph see u at cabaret cares
Thanks, Joseph.
In response to theater diva. I am not a wealthy woman and I am looking for work. There is a difference between looking for work and begging for a job.
I decided to help a cause that I believe in. Just because I am not wealthy does not mean I am uncaring. I am happy that I donated to a worthy cause even if it means I will have to give up luxuries for a few months.
PS I have been working for over 15 years and thankfully can donate to a charity once in awhile. You don't have to be a Rockefeller to want to help a good cause.

It is great to help a good cause, but if you don't have a job maybe volunteering is a more economical way to go about it. Just a suggestion.
The bears are really cute, though.
