"ZONEFACE - why so mean? I read the whole thread now and before. There's no explicit mention of cast. Seemed a fair question."
I guess we may need to work on those reading skills then because, well, let's Review, MargoChanning said about 11 hours before your post,
"Nick Hytner directed (as he did with Bennett's earlier "Madness of King George") and they used the entire original cast, which is currently on Broadway"
That looks to me like an explicit mention of the cast.

Well, flaemmchen, Rudge does need to "leave Saturday free for rugger and golf." That boy's got his priorities straight.
The end of November's a long way off. I'd imagine we'll probably have to wait until August/September for a trailer to even surface. But, I shall take mrkringas's word and assume it will all be worth the wait.

Posted: 6/27/06 at 6:27amI have an interesting question. Since as this was such a hit on Broadway and winning all those Tonys, do you think the film has a good chance of picking up some Oscars? I have seen the play and think it and the performances are fantastic. I think if Richard Griffith's and Frances De La Tour's performances translates well to film, then I think it will be getting at least acting nominations next year if not a best picture nomination.
