I've said this on another thread, but I just wanted to continue putting the positive out there. I really enjoyed this production. Sure, it may need a tweak here and there, but that's what the process is all sbout. The Gypsy Run was great, and I believe (hope) this show will do well.
I understood Les Mes and I understood Pirate Queen. It's a beautiful story and shows the sides of women who are in power. A powerful woman must be strong, yet she has feelings and emotions which need to be released. The blend of these two traits come across wonderfully in the show.
I believe (IMHO) that this is what the creative team is trying to get across. The difficulty of what a woman is expected to be in her worldly position, and what she is internally experiencing. The conflict of strength and love.
I had a great seat Captn.
'bout 12th row off center Orchestra.
Can't wait to see it again.
