You're welcome, Artman. It's just the standard fee you will see on any ticket you purchase, and it's anywhere from a dollar to two dollars and it's already worked into the price of your ticket even though the ticket always mentions this fee is included. So yep, just a $5 fee. It's well worth it if you're looking for discounted, good seats.

I always go to Lincoln Centre as they are less busy and have better opening hours.
It opens earlier so you can get your tickets and enjoy the rest of your day instead of getting them mid afternoon in the line from hell at Times Square.
You can get Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinee tickets the day before and weekend evening tickets earlier in the day than at Times Square.
The staff at L.C are great and will let you chose between a bigger range of seats as they aren't as busy and can give you better customer service. I always find because Times Square is so busy you just get the first thing that pops up and thats it. The last few times I went to T.S I asked for an aisle seat (I'm a big boy) and they acted as if they were giving me one and then I got to the theatre and that was not the case. Whereas at L.C they always check and most times I get one. In fact they have even let me pick my seat on occasion at L.C.

Thank you for the information, Impossible. I too have experienced the same customer service at TS. It's so busy, they just give you what pops up first and rush you along. I haven't been to the LC location, but will check it out.
