TKTS Question

I think we're all assuming that The Band's Visit will get a nomination tomorrow.  I'm heading up to NYC the week before the Tonys and I really want to see Band's Visit.  I was originally planning on going to TKTS because it seems to be on there every day but if it gets the nomination, will this change?  Will I still be able to get TKTS tix to Band's Visit or do I need to buy in advance?  I'm also thinking about doing the same for Carousel.  Do you think that Carousel will still be on TKTS when/if they're nominated for best musical revival?

No way to know. Shalhoub will be back with a posted schedule soon, and that will affect things. Once schools let out and such, that will affect things. Also, it depends when you're going... a lot of shows up on TKTS on Tuesdays are never up on Saturdays, etc.

Carousel has a discount code, though, so if that works for your dates, may as well lock it in.

I was pleasantly surprised to snag a Center Orchestra, Row F seat on StubHub for last Friday night. $60. I would definitely check StubHub, especially near your desired date.

I second the StubHub suggestion.  I needed another ticket at the last minute a couple of weeks ago, and got one in the middle of Row C for half of what I paid months ago for another one in the same row.
