TKTS during the week before Christmas?

I'm going into the city December 21st, and was hoping so snag some Sweeny Todd tickets for that evening from TKTS. I've never done TKTS before and was wondering if it is extremely busy, difficult to get tickts, and so on.

Sweeney Todd hasn't been on TKTS in a while except for Wednesday matinees.

just in case you go to do TKTS anyways, i'm just going to give you a word of advice, it will probably have a long line and it WILL be freezing, so dress warm!

The TKTS offerings during Christmas week are usually meager, given the influx of tourists. I've seen it with a line wrapped around and onlt five or six shows on the board.

i was in a line like that once, we ended up seeing music man, which we had already seen in previews, but we were freezing in that line, and you'd think that if you live somewhere even colder than NYC you would be dressed warm enough, but whatever

the week between christmas and new years is crazy it would hard to get tickets to any show.

I agree with everyone....be waiting for the long lines and bundle up!
