TMM 2/14

Posted: 2/4/04 at 11:29pmHello, everyone. I hope this isn't a dumb question, but I will be in the city Valentine's day weekend. I want to see the matinee of Millie that weekend, but only if I can plan on seeing Sutton Foster. From some of the messages I've read here, it seems there is a way to find out in advance if an actress plans to be out. I couldn't find anything on the official web site. Can anyone tell me about this? Thanks so much! I really appreciate your help (especially since, as usual, I've waited until the last minute...ha,ha)

Posted: 2/4/04 at 11:32pmShe is in the show thru 2/15. Bad news very few good seats are available. I was planning on going but do not want to sit in row U.

Posted: 2/4/04 at 11:49pmThank you so much Corine2! Yeah, its unfortunate about the seating situation, but I haven't been, and must see it since I've heard so many incredible things about it. Yeah, I'm excited anyway!

Try to sit in the first four rows. Have a marvelous time.
Sutton is incredible and i will miss seeing her perform in Millie.

Posted: 2/5/04 at 12:40ami just saw millie tonight and sutton just got back from a week off and should be in the show the next two weeks before she leaves. but defintitly see it with her she's amazing. i would also try calling the box office at 10am and ask them if she'll be in the show that afternoon.

Posted: 2/5/04 at 7:20pmI would read the other thread about this. Stop being a theater snob and get a ticket before she leaves if you want to see her. Don't worry where the seat IS....

Posted: 2/5/04 at 7:31pmWell, I will certainly buy the tickets tonight. Yes, it would be nice to sit close, but I know I've waited too long to worry about that, and at this point it's more important that I see Sutton Foster's performance. Thanks for all of the advice everyone!

Dolly. I can't help but wonder where I've seen your icon before.
As for your question, I would say that in MY day - we didn't have celebrities.. we had FARCES.. 20 feet tall!
