I see mixed to positive. Most reviewers seem a little ify about the show itself, but very positive about the cast.

Baby, I love a good pan as much as anybody else, but the reviews from the Times and Daily Variety are mixed. Sorry.
Maybe you'll be satisfied by the notices for IN MY LIFE instead.

Actually, there are nice comments about the entire cast. The Times review is clearly mixed. Raves for the cast and though he found the writing trite and cartoonish, he admits it's quite funny.
The majority of the reviews are clearly not as bad as you want them to be. Smug doesn't seem to be your color. But you have certainly made a rather striking entrance to the board. Hope the next 7 days fare better.

Ummm....the reviews are all over the place: mixed-to-negative, mixed, mixed-to-positive and positive.
The "Gray Lady", whose TGATPM review I 100% agree with, is most certainly mixed. And it's a well-written, highly quotable mixed to boot. He puts the good news both first and last, with absolutely glowing notices for the cast.
Now... you wouldn't be HOPING for bad reviews, would you? Sure sounds like you've got an ax to grind, seeing as you've joined the board so recently and have been so vocal about this one particular show.
Keep spreading your sunshine. With "Insiders" like you who needs enemies?

It's funny I saw this show for the first time and didn't like it at all (but loved the cast). I saw it a second time and absolutly loved everything about it. I guess it was my mood the first time. I don't know. Perhaps it would be a good idea for reviewers to see a show several times before they access the quality.
Just my opinion, I may be wrong.

I believe Insider was part of the NYMF production of the show last year and was replaced by one of the more talented people currently in the cast, that's being praised across the board. It's a shame how bitterness affects some people. Rather than trashing your betters, you could be out taking singing and acting lessons to improve yourself or perhaps be out getting experience in another show. Maybe then one day you can be the one doing the replacing when a show moves and then perhaps you'll find yourself getting trashed by some sad pathetic little reverse shill on an internet chat board.

Bitter, angry actors add an element of excitement to the boards. If EVERYBODY were an 'outsider', well, how much fun would that be? If he went on this diatribe while serving me at the restaurant where he works, i'd probably tip him more, strictly for the entertainment value!
It's also a good reminder why I went to BUSINESS school instead of ACTING school.

So I couldn't echo your sentiments more if I wanted to. Thank you for that. It must be killing Insider on the inside right now that the one thing he was hoping would get torn to shreds got raves across the board. That being, of course, the cast!
