Watching the Mets/Yanks game on ch 9 in NYC (WWOR) tonight I saw this commercial for "Hooray for Broadway" where Pat Collins takes a behind-the-scenes look at "all" (commercial's word, not mine) of Broadway's shows. All I remember was seeing a clip of Julius Caesar. It's on Sunday night, 5/22 at 8pm. You can check out the listing on tv guide.
Siting #2 (sorta) - walking to the subway today, I saw flags hanging on the lampposts saying Broadway Under the Stars will be on Monday, 6/13 - starting at 8:30pm (but you all know to get there earlier).
So UPN Sunday at 8? And it will be over by 9 so I can still watch DH?
LOL. Yes, Sunday at 8pm - ch 9. And yes it's only an hour so your DH time is safe. :)
Every Broadway show?
Even Brooklyn?

Why do they air those things in only(or around) NYC. I think they should air it across the nation. It might get more ppl to see the shows!
I'm excited

After finding this, I completely forgot to watch. Anyone catch it? Anything good?

It was ok. I taped it and ff most of it.
I watched it, they did clips from many of the shows (about 10 seconds of each though, very short). They focused mainly on Dramas, and had some interviews with Tony nomineees. They also had the 2 kids from CCBB give a little tour of backstage, saw the kids, dogs, costume areas, the car, the child catcher, etc.
It was ok, not my favorite broadway tv moment by far though.
Thanks...sounds like I didn't miss much.
