Do any of you guys know anything about this show by Kerrigan and Lowdermilk? I found this song from it on youtube, and it's great. Those PSU MTs are excellent.

TALES FROM THE BAD YEARS is a series of short, self-contained stories in the form of songs and musical scenes about being twenty-something. The bad years make the best stories.

Directed by Daniel Goldstein and produced by Michael Cassara, performers include Michael Arden (The Times They Are-A-Changin), Skylar Astin (Spring Awakening), Nick Blaemire (Cry-Baby, Glory Days), Randy Blair (The Adding Machine), Steven Booth (Glory Days), Josh Henry (In The Heights, Godspell), Marissa McGowan (Les Miserables), Brynn O’Malley (Sunday In The Park With George), Laura Osnes (Grease), Julie Reiber (Wicked), Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde), Phoebe Strole (Spring Awakening), Natalie Weiss (Ever After), and Josh Young (Les Miserables) with more to be announced soon.

There is a $20 cover charge and a $15 food/drink minimum. Call (212) 695-6909 for reservations.

Is anyone else planning on attending this event? Also, this ad states the show starts at 9:45 but when I called to make my reservation the guy on the phone said the show starts at 9:30 and doors open at 9pm.

Anyone who we are not able to admit will be given a free Kerrigan-Lowdermilk sampler CD!

Sweeeeeeeeet. I'm technically on the waitlist, so nice to know it's worth showing up. Sampler CDs = amazing. And they're doing another one on June 1st, apparently, cause this one "sold out" so fast.

Wow, I'm glad I made my reservation the same day that K-L announced this on myspace.

the show IS at 9:45. originally it was scheduled for 9:30 which is why the Cafe still has the "original" time.

should be a fantastic concert... they'll get their big break soon enough.

I had so much fun tonight! The music was great and I think a lot of the people on the wait list were able to get in. At least all of the people I spoke to who were waiting got in.

I cannot wait to see more of K-L's work. They're gonna be big, kids!

Are there any clips from this concert? Who sang "How to Return Home" (I love that song)?

Laura Osnes sang "How to Return Home" and she did it beautiful. There were people filming the concert so clips may show up on their myspace page or youtube at some point.

There are a ton of amazing videos from that night on these two YouTube accounts:

My favorites are "Not A Love Story" and "Party Worth Crashing". "Living the Dream" is also totally precious. I can't wait until the June concert!

Anyone know if they're working on the material at all between the concerts?
