Story: NEW YORK -- Negotiations between striking stagehands and the League of American Theaters and Producers will resume this weekend, both sides announced in a statement on Wednesday.
League Director of Communications Alan Cohen and Local One spokesperson Bruce Cohen said the talks will take place "at an undisclosed place and time. No interviews or comment from either organization will be issued until further notice."
Wednesday was day five of the stagehands' strike. The latest casualty was Wednesday night's opening of the Aaron Sorkin play, "The Farnsworth Invention," which was postponed.

And I used to think that Wicked threads were the most repeated threads on this board.
Good news. Fingers crossed.
nope Pab. I think Sweeney Todd and SA are giving them a run for their money too! So I guess they have some ritzy joint up in the country where they can write if off as a business expense and a vacation all in one? St Martin missing out on her vacation time? Next best thing. They can't do business during the week?
One can only hope she finally got someone to explain it all to her so that finally something will get done. I mean between Martini's and Dinner of course. I wonder what is on the menu? At least you would think they would have the courtesy to use one of the local business locations that they are bleeding dry because they won't negotiate. If this strike hits the Tours it will really get ugly I bet.
It is so difficult to take these people seriously when I read announcements like this. Sorry.
This will be just like "Woman to Woman" in The Pirate Queen, y'all! Mmmmm, good stuff!!
