Tanz der vampire. Where is it now?

I am going travelling round Europe this summer, and will be hitting Germany. I would like to see Tanz der Vampire, but I don't know where it is. I have tried searching on Google, but don't speak German so don't understand the website! I am also going to Austria and Switzerland, so if it is there either, I will be happy! I'm sure I heard it is in Poland but I can't find any information about that, and plus, I'm not going to Poland!

Any information would be greatly appreciated!

It's opening in Japan in July.

Also, a Berlin production is set for this year, incorporating smaller sets, shortening of songs, and two new songs. Also, "For Sarah" may or may not be in the first act, like it was in Poland.

Damn, I'll miss it in Berlin. Any other musicals in Germany at the moment? Can't believe it's going to Japan, that's going to be different!! Good luck to them, I hope it does well.

I believe that Elisabeth is in Stuttgart at the moment - and from July, Pia Dowes (the original Elisabeth), stars...

Munich had a Robin Hood musical, and at times it had Bat Boy, It'll have Cats soon. Berlin got a musketeer musical. Most is a bit trashy. Well in Gelsenkirchen they had lately Cy Coleman's The Life, not sure whether thy still do it.

Tanz is still playing at the Roma Teatr Muzyczny in Warsaw, with the last show being this Thursday......DAMN......I'll miss it. BUT it will start again in Warsaw on 9-23-06

It opens in Japan on July 2, 2006.

In Fall 2006 a Hungarian production will start in Budapest.

And in December 2006, another production will begin at Theater des Westens in Berlin.

Everywhere it's been it's been a success except for the states.....

and damit while I saw the original production in Vienna in 1998, I've wanted to see the others...arrgh
