The only give out the rush tickets 2 hours before the show. Once they are done with giving them out then they don't give any more out. Which would be why you didn't get tickets. I was at the show again tonight and by the time the rush line was done they gave out between 50-60 tickets. Not sure the exact amount because some may have gotten 2 per person.
