Taking my little cousin to see the show before it closes, but we don't have tickets. How late is too late for Rush? / Do you think the show will be at TKTS?
Thanks!

Posted: 6/26/07 at 11:00amI rushed the show on Sunday.....granted this was a weekend show but there were 40 people in line. And EVERYONE got tickets. The first 20 got the actual tickets directed towards student rush and then the handed out whatever obstructed view seats they had left. I'm assuming they don't care if they aren't supose to since the show is closing. I don't know if they are going to continue to do this for the rest of the performances but they might. I would get there an hour and a half to two hours before they go on sale and you'll be fine.

What are the actual tickets for student rush? I've heard different things - from the first row to the last row in the orchestra. So do they sell front row for student rush then the obstructed view in the rear?

It varies from performance. Sometimes they are front row but they will not be for the rest of the performances because the show as selling really well.
Sometimes they are in row U in the orchestra....and others they are the seats to the far left and right of the side orchestra. Between row a and D.
A 12, 14 and 11, 13
B 14, 16 and 13, 15
C 16, 18, 20 and 15, 17, 19
D 18, 20, 22 and 17, 19, 21
Those are the 20 seats they give out which is what they have been the past several times.
