my Telecharge story........first of all, it's not Telecharge that makes the rules, it's the individual theaters. As you know I was going to NYC in February, and had tickets to the Color Purple. Turns out that was the weekend of the big blizzard, and I could only get as far as LA. I called Telecharge, and they said the same thing, another day. I told them I did not live in CT or NY, so who knows when I'd be back, and it was due to the blizzard I could not get there. And my partner and his sister who decided to go, could not as their mother went into ICU that day suddenly, andyway Telecharge told me to write it in a letter to them, and they would call the theater and see what could be done. I thought I'd get a voucher good for a year. I was amazed when I got a total refund.
So depending on what the circumstances are, who knows......but again it is not Telecharges decision, it's the individual theaters
It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story...
