Hi -
Im looking to purchase tickets to POTUS. I saw they had listed this on the shows ticket page:

Buy tickets now for any performance through April 30, 2022, and you can either refund or exchange your tickets into any other date until 48 hours before the performance. You may exchange an order up to three times and refund once per show per month from your Telecharge Order Status page. Terms are subject to change.
But then on the checkout page, there is a box you need to check with the following statement:
I have confirmed the event date and time, as well as the ticket price. I understand that all sales are final (no refunds or exchanges) for performances after January 17, 2022. I also agree to comply with health and safety guidelines of the venue.
So - does anyone know which it is? We can get a refund or exchange - or we cant?
