It could be interesting and very politically timely. And the music is better (IMO) than the other jukebox musicals out there.
I sang "Across the Universe" at the Lennon EPA and had fun. I'm curious to see how it all sounds with musical theatre voices.
PS- anyone know anything about the rumored upcoming Madonna musical?

I have a hard time "Imagining" anyone doing Lennon besides Lennon. Regarding Terry Mann...he runs hot and cold with his efforts and that affects his performances. I've seen him in everything except Rocky Horror and Barnum. While he can be wonderful, he's also quite inconsistant. BUT...he is a very talented teacher, director etc.
I don't know about this " Day In The Life" of Lennon thing. The story line sounds lame as a 3 legged-lamb to me. Guess it's too soon to judge. But then, I'm not investing a dime .
