Terrence McNally Celebration of Life

Michael Urie set up Chita's entrance "She's real the Spiderwoman is. I know it. I've seen her." Then Chita slowly walkedonstage dressed in white.

There were also heartfelt speeches from Audra McDonald, Joe Mantello, and Matthew Lopez.

Brian Stokes Mitchell sang "Make Them Hear You" from Ragtime. The song introduced by Lynn Ahrens.

Lin Manuel, John Kander, and Christine Baranski also read various speeches that Terrence gave over the years.


I so wanted to go to this but work obligations kept me from attending .
