Ok, I am going to use that dreaded word again, but as Freddy Benson would say... Wow... wow.... WOW !!!!!

Saw today's matinee, and this show is simply NOT TO BE MISSED !!

I dont think I ever left the theater so emotional, and so touched by a show before !

Used the $25 discount code, and was sitting in Row B of the Orchestra, close to one of the speakers... It was an amazing experience.

Its very hard to pick one standout actor from such a great ensemble cast. If I had to pick, I would say Dancy, because of the part, and the amount of emotion that he puts into the performance. As Raleigh, Stark Sands plays the role with the perfect amount of innocence and uncertainty needed to convey both excitement and fear at what lies ahead.

As Trotter, John Ahlin provides some of the comic relief that allows such a depressing subject to at least have some light moments as well.

Boyd Gaines was excellent as usual, and Jefferson Mays, in a somewhat limited role, was very good (although the amount of makeup he was wearing freaked me out a bit from so close up.)

This play really hits home, and makes you think of the current situation that the world is in. I left forgetting about all of the petty things that might normally bother me.

I will assume it had somewhat of the same affect on the rest of the audience. Not a dry eye left the theatre.

PLEASE dont miss this show !!!

I'm glad you enjoyed Journey's End!

But, did anyone else see the title and assume it was an article about "The Who's Tommy". I did, and was confused. haha.

"...and in a bed."
