Please tell me that Mamma Mia choreography is not what they actually do in the show... that was dreadful.

For god's sake. For god's sake.
I totally get why they would put Mamma Mia in there, since people inexplicably loved the movie and ponied up big bucks to see it and it'd be nice for live theater to get in on that action. But, alas, this that awful performance that the bulk of this broadcast is just reinforcing why people hate musicals and giving them ammunition when they say it sucks.

I feel bad for Dolly though, however, the look on her face was very sad.
