Please tell me that Mamma Mia choreography is not what they actually do in the show... that was dreadful.

And yeah, someone really needs to fix the sound.

Bret walked face-first into the (as it was lowering) Tony set at the end of his number. His hat flew off, it looked pretty hardcore.

The sound man should be shot.

He only had the principals on for "Dancing Queen," not the chorus or the orchestra.

For god's sake. For god's sake.

I totally get why they would put Mamma Mia in there, since people inexplicably loved the movie and ponied up big bucks to see it and it'd be nice for live theater to get in on that action. But, alas, this that awful performance that the bulk of this broadcast is just reinforcing why people hate musicals and giving them ammunition when they say it sucks.
