no no do you know where "V-I-C-A-T-I-N" came from?

my friend and i were listening to an interview (chatterbox). And then we read a trascript someone had written b/c we couldnt figure out what she said when she said "Vicatin" and it was spelt "Vicatin" so we type it in a seach and this comes up:
