I was one of the very, very lucky ones to get tickets to todays closing show. Just like the very first show I saw, it was magical. Hugh Jackman is a treasure and his performance the best I have ever seen on Broadway. It took an extra fifteen minutes to get everyone in the theater. Crowds were standing across the street just watching the activity. Barbara Walters and Matt Damon caused quite a stir. It was a packed house. Hugh could not get through a song without a standing ovation. Barbara Walters getting a lap dance from Hugh Jackman and Matt Damon was great. She was the envy of every woman in the audience. Matt Damon also got a surprise lap dance from the dancers. Both were great sports. There wasn't a dry eye in the house as Hugh sang "It's so hard to say goodby". The audience gave Hugh an amazing NY sendoff. We will miss Hugh Jacksman. He is truly a treasure and we look forward to his next venture. Hugh's wife was in the audience and she is so lovely. She was so nice to all those around her. They are a great couple. We will miss you and thank you for all the joy and happiness you shared with us. We are all suffering from "Hugh Jackman withdrawal".
