The Boyfriend (in Boston)

Anyone know anything about the production? Will anyone be at the opening show and/or party tomorrow? Does it start at 7 or 8?
Thanks! The Boyfriend (in Boston)

Oh my god, this was incredible!
Sorry, it left boston like a week ago, but I've been busy. Highly recommended,
Standouts: Andrea Chamberlain as Maisie was a real scene-stealer, and the whole cast was really very wonderful. A nice night at the theatrfe.

Hah I'm wearing my teeshirt from it today...

I thought the cast was talented but I found it a little too fluffy... anyone else feel that way?
Am I cut out to spend my time this way?

of course it's fluffy. I just put that out of my mind and had a good time.

re: The Boyfriend (in Boston)

it's a lot of fun. The set is very much like DRS's set. Jessica Grove is amazing. I also think a huge standout though is Kirsten Wyatt as Dulcie.

I saw it a couple weeks ago in Hershey and I thought it was a very cute show. And yeah.....Rick Faugno is awesome!

re: The Boyfriend (in Boston)

Is it the same cast that was directed by Julie Andrews at Goodspeed? I did not know they started to tour already.

Yes Julie Andrews directed it www.theboyfriendthemusical.com I think thats the website. I was in it back in the day and its just a great, fun show.I wish theaters would do it more often. It was both Julie Andrews and Barbara Striesands first stage play (in seperate productions though!)
