The Boyfriend help please

I'm working on adding It's Nicer in Nice from The Boyfriend to my repertoire, but I'm having trouble finding a lot of info on it. I've found a few synopses on it, but nothing that really talks about the character of Hortense or what is happening in the song. Any info would be great :)
