I think this is a great idea. It's a warm-up that exercises your voice and body simultaneously.

How much is the DVD? You can PM me of you want. I'm interested for my daughter. She's 16 and a musical theatre student at a performing arts high school. I wish she could attend classes but we live too far away. Anyway, you two definitely know what you're talking about! Thanks!
