how come everytime I watch something on NY1 online, it'll play the audio at normal speed but the video will only show choppy snap shots ?

So when a show surpasses another show as longest musical, at least on Broadway, they're gonna make the previous longest running a part of it, like the dancing cat? Perhaps if something passes Phantom they could have something to do with a ballet dancer or the Phantom and is mask.
