Posted: 1/11/04 at 10:29pmMy mom and I are planning a trip to New York (WOOO HOOO) and we were discussing what time of the year would most likely be the best time to go to avoid some rush and find better prices on tickets. We'd be going for a week, and going to see hopefully 1-2 shows a day. Please let me know what youre thoughts are about this. Im asking you guys because theres no one else out there that would know as much as everyone on here does about this sort of thing. Thanks again!

Definitely NOW! The holiday tourists have left. Hotels and airfares are down and this is the worst time for Broadway ticket sales. You can see several shows at up to 50% off thanks to Season of Savings and you can get your tickets ahead of time instead of standing in line at TKTS and freezing your ass off.
